Orders paid with cryptocurrencies are processed automatically once the payment is confirmed by the network. Your Order will be fulfilled and completed as soon as this confirmation is complete.
Payment Window
When creating an order, please ensure that the deposit is made to the generated address within 120 minutes, including 3 network confirmations. This allows our system to automatically process the order.
Order Processing After Payment
If the payment is sent within the 120-minute window but not confirmed by the network within that time: The order will remain open until it receives the required 3 confirmations on the network. Once the confirmations are complete, your order will be automatically processed and confirmed.
If an underpayment occurs: You will receive a message from us 5 minutes before the end of the 120-minute window, indicating the amount we received (confirmed or unconfirmed) and the remaining amount needed to settle the payment. Please use the link provided in this message to complete your payment. Do not attempt to open a new order.
If you notice an underpayment before receiving our message: If you realize the amount in the “unconfirmed” section of the payment page is less than required and send an additional payment, the order will remain open even past the 120-minute window until the combined payments reach 3 network confirmations. The order will then be automatically processed and confirmed.
Quota Needs Refresh Status
If no payment is sent within the 120-minute window: The order status will change to “Quota Needs Refresh.” You will receive a message from us instructing you to refresh the quota of your order. If you intend to purchase the same item, it’s advisable to use the link provided in the “Quota Needs Refresh” message to complete your payment rather than opening a new order.
